Don't be afraid of being different. Be afraid of being the same as everyone else.

Why?

Einstein said: "We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them."

Likewise, standing on "we've always done it that way" won't get different or better results either.

To get different and better results requires the courage to think differently and make different choices.
